Scheduling a home inspection can uncover any defects or safety hazards that may not be apparent to an untrained eye. With the information we provide, you will be able to make a wise, informed decision.
That answer depends upon a number of factors: the size of the building, the accessibility of the components we are inspecting, and the number of defects.
We encourage our clients to be present during the inspection. This will allow you to ask questions and see any areas of concern firsthand. However, if your schedule does not allow this, rest assured you will be issued a complete, detailed PDF report.
We offer this warranty with every full inspection we complete. It covers structural and mechanical items for repairs and replacements mentioned in the contract up to $500 mechanical and $1,000 structural. It does not apply to any pre-existing conditions. In order for the warranty to be valid, you must register your home within 15 days of your inspection date; otherwise the warranty is void. Call our office at (832) 886-0955 to register. Provide your name, the address of the property, and the inspector’s name to register.
You will receive a link to a detailed digital report within 24 hours of your inspection. The report will contain checklists, a photo gallery documenting any safety hazards or defects, and helpful maintenance tips tailored to the components in the assessed building.
No. You should secure a home improvement specialist, present him or her with the report, and have them tour the property. They should then present you with a quote of the estimated costs.
Yes. In addition to our full home and commercial inspections, we offer thermal imaging inspections, pool and spa inspections, and termite inspections. These services can be added on to a full inspection or ordered a la carte.
